Eric is at it again upping the anti at the (CNBC) Conference of National Black Churches by misrepresenting current voter ID laws enacted by 32 states. The Attorney General acting as President Barak Obama's affirmative action mouth piece presented the administrations anti-white liberal agenda as he addressed the (CNBC) on Wednesday 05/30/12. As the keynote speaker Mr Holder presented his case of Republican racial bias to a room half  full of black clergy. Mr holder made a point of linking the CNBC with the (CBC) Congressional Black Caucus who sponsored the event clearly entwining church and state into a rope tied directly to the Obama Administration. 


Checking the web web site for the CBC you will find a page dedicated to the CNBC a religious organization of large profitable churches. This is a clear attempt to politicize the black churches and empower the pastors and by encouraging them to be political activists. These black political leaders are their for one ultimate purpose to reelect Barak Obama. One Black politician after an other stood up denouncing white establishment politicians and encouraging these religious leaders to turn their pulpits into bully pulpits on behalf of Barack Obama. 


The issue that is being addressed in this “call to action” is the voter ID. Laws that have been enacted in 32 states. AG Holder and the Justice Department has sued many of these states clamming that their ID laws are in violation of the Voting Rights Act specifically section 2 and section 5.


Section 2 contains a general prohibition on voting discrimination, enforced through federal district court litigation. Section 2 prohibits any voting practice or procedure that has a discriminatory result. A 1982 amendment to section 2 provided that proof of intentional discrimination is not required. The provision focused instead on whether the electoral processes are equally accessible to minority voters.


Section 5 of the Act requires that the United States Department of Justice, through an administrative procedure, or a three-judge panel of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, "pre-clear" any attempt to change “any voting qualification or prerequisite to voting, or standard, practice, or procedure with respect to voting..." in any "covered jurisdiction." The United States Attorney General or the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, must demonstrate that a proposed voting change does not discriminat based on race or color or in some cases, a "language group." Membership in a language minority group includes "persons who are American Indian, Asian American, Alaskan Natives or of Spanish heritage." The burden of proof under current Section 5 jurisprudence is on the covered jurisdiction to establish that the proposed change does not have a retrogressive purpose.

AG Holder's position has been that voter ID laws being enacted are discriminatory based on the fact that Spanish speaking people are unable to obtain a state photo ID or that it is to difficult. Therefore the premiss for this conference is completely false. The membership of the CBC one by one browbeat the black preachers into submission by propagandizing  that these laws are as Maxine Waters put it “The worst laws since Jim Crow” or in the words of Sheila Jackson Lee “A twenty first century poll tax” is appalling and insulting to the erudite members of the black clergy in attendance. 

As far these voter ID laws being discriminatory, AG Holder is 100% right. The states that are enacting these laws are being intentionally discriminatory, and the discrimination is also targeted to a specific minority group. However none of them were represented at the conference that AG Holder addressed on May 30th, unless they were illegal aliens. The voter ID laws are simply meant to strengthen the electoral process not to hinder any eligible citizen from voting. But this subject was never broached by the AG he intentionally mislead the audience by inferring that these laws targeted Black people by offering examples such as. “Yes, we have walked far on the long road toward freedom – but we have not yet reached the Promised Land.  And, in too many places, it’s painfully clear that our nation’s long struggle to overcome injustice, to eliminate disparities, to bridge long-standing divisions, to eradicate violence, and to uphold the civil rights of all citizens has not yet ended.” AG Holder puncuated that statement by ading this.“That means it is time, once again, to ask Dr. King’s most famous and enduring question: Where do we go from here?”


After making statements like that what are these people going to think? AG Holder also used the Texas redistricting plan as an example of racism, he was suggesting that there is a deliberate attempt to minimize the black vote by combining dissimilar geographical arias. The fact is that the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas ordered the redistricting to be in compliance with the US Constitution and not because of racial animist. AG Holder in an attempt to deliberately mislead his audience he left out the reason why certain districts are being redrawn and that it is due to 2010 census data. In an attempt to accurately represent the nations population every 10 years a national census is undertaken so as to measure the ebb and flow of the population in order to give all citizens equal representation in Washington DC. 


On CBC's web site a page was created and dedicated to advertising the Voting Rights Summit. On this page the CBC touts the fact that Attorney General Holder will be giving the keynote address and offers these comments about the summit. 

“The attack on voting rights is not only coordinated, it is dangerous and it is the worst we’ve seen since Jim Crow.  Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. called voting the ‘foundation stone for political action.’ The laws restricting access significantly chip away from that stone”,  said Chairman Emanuel Cleaver. “Given the immense challenge before us, the CBC has decided to take this matter into our own hands and this time we are working with the Black Church, which has diligently served our community for over 200 years fighting for freedom, justice, and equality when African Americans had nowhere else to turn”.

AG Holder has doubled down on failed programs such as third party registration and the National Voter Registration Act aka the "Motor Voter" law. AG Holder's remarks, 


“We also will continue working to enforce provisions like the “Motor Voter” law – and, to that end, have recently filed two lawsuits to increase access to registration opportunities. In one of those cases, we reached a settlement with the State of Rhode Island that resulted in more voters being registered in the first full month after our lawsuit than in the entire previous two-year period.”


“In addition to these and other efforts to ensure access to the ballot box, we’re also working to uphold the integrity of our elections systems.   And, on this front, I want to be clear that no form of electoral fraud ever has been – or ever will be – tolerated by the United States government.” 


If these statements are sincere and truthful then why has AG Holder not recognized the rampant fraud associated with Motor Voter or the fact that (Acorn) The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, had 400,000 fraudulent and duplicate voter registration forms submitted prior to the 2008 elections. This was due to the fact that the registrars were collecting a commission for every 21 applications submitted, the program was called Blackjack.


These are not the only glaring examples of hypocrisy in AG Holders remarks. The AG made reference to the civil rights movement in the south when blacks where persecuted by saying.  


“Our efforts honor the generations who have taken extraordinary risks, and willingly confronted hatred, bias, and ignorance – as well as billy clubs and fire hoses, bullets and bombs – to ensure that their children, and all citizens, would have the chance to participate in the work of their government.” 

However AG Holder did not offer the fact the he refused to prosecute the Black Panthers in Philadelphia for voter intimidation by Panthers verbally threatening voters and holding billy clubs outside of polling stations.

It is doubtful that the Attorney General has played his last race card in the poker game we call the Obama Election Campaign. And events such as the Congressional Black Caucus sponsored Faith Leaders Summit for the Conference of National Black Churches only proves how desperate President Obama is. Sooner or later The Ace and King of spades will go all in and the excrement will hit the oscillating device.

Dead Babies In Syria

Syria has finally crossed the line, has Bashar Al Assad played his last card. Syrian diplomats are being expelled from their host nations all around the world today following the recent reporting of the latest atrocities being committed in his name. The United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria and the Netherlands all gave the Syrians the boot as a response to the killings Friday in Houla, a collection of farming villages in Syria's Homs province. 


This latest atrocity was committed by Syrian security forces by shooting men, women and children in their homes. According to a UN report issued Tuesday 49 children and 34 women were among the 108 people murdered by the Shabiha a group of mercenary murders working for the Assad regime. 

Survivors that witnessed the massacre reported to UN observers that after a anti-government demonstration in the village of Taldaw artillery fire rained down upon the aria followed by the Shabiha that came through breaking into homes stabbing children and murdering men and woman execution style.  


The UN observers reported seeing bodies stacked like cord wood in the streets. Some of the dead showed signs of being killed by artillery but others like the children had gaping open knife wounds, still others appeared to have been shot at close range, some of the bodies were even dismembered. The UN is pegging the body count in Syria at about 9,000 but the US department of Defense estimates the death tole at somewhere close to 20,000. 


So who is going to come out and say that Assad is a genocidal maniac committing crimes against humanity. Is their a National Leader anywhere in the world that will denounce this madman and call for his head on a stick. It has been said that arming the citizens of Syria will escalate the conflict into a civil war. But Syria has gone way beyond that the world is witnessing a government that is slaughtering it's inhabitants that are unable to defend themselves. 


According to the state-run news agency, SANA, Assad blamed terrorists and weapons smugglers for Gutting the latest UN peace plan. The regime denies there is any popular will behind the country's uprising, saying foreign extremists and terrorists are driving the unrest.

Obviously the UN has proven once again to be a feckless do-nothing body of underachievers. It is time for the Arab League and the Turks to step up and take on a security role in Syria. If the League,Turks or the UN refuse to get blood on their hands then a private force such as the Armor Group or Blackwater could do the job with out  prejudice or politics.

Gulf War III

The war of words has started and the diplomacy is breaking down over the Iranian nuclear situation. Depending on your point of view the recent P5+1 Talks in Baghdad had limited success. The Chinese representative at the talks, Ma Zhaoxu was quoted after the second round of talks as saying, "Based on a step-by-step approach and reciprocity, all sides, during the meeting, declared their willingness to address the issue through dialogue,"  Ma Zhaoxu offered his opinion that all sides are " gaining new achievements." He did not expand on what those achievements were.


Catherine Ashton The European Union's foreign policy chief offered her insight after the latest meeting. During a press conference Ashton said "It is clear that we both want to make progress, and that there is some common ground. However, significant differences remain. Nonetheless, we do agree on the need for further discussion to expand that common ground," Ashton was optimistic in a statement that a "step-by-step approach and reciprocity”, will eventually solve the Nuclear issue. For Ashton to embrace this fresh approach is not surprising because the European Commission is growing super-saturated with sanctions and needs to produce a unanimous vote on sanctions for them to take effect. 


It was the Russians that provided the “Step-By-Step” approach to the draw down of Iran’s nuclear capability. This proposal would give Iran rewards in the form of sanction relaxation when certain goals are met. It seams to be the exact opposite of what the Americans have been pushing. This makes sense for the Russians to make such a proposal seeing as though Iran is a economic and strategic partner in the region. Currently Iran and Russia have several treaties in place for the supply of weapons, consumer goods and technology which includes nuclear facilities. 


The Russians and the Chinese have no interest in becoming confrontational with Iran on this issue because it just does not serve their purposes. As a trading partner Iran offers oil to the Chinese and in return China ships commercial goods of all sort to Iran. Iran is China's second largest supplier of oil, in 2011 Iran sent over $13 billion in oil to china. China in return has supplied Iran with over $11 billion in non-weapons durable goods.


Iran is a $50 billion a year trading partner and because of sanctions imposed on them by Western and Asian countries Iranian trade within the European Union, Great Britten and the United States has dwindled to a trickle. Since 2000 Iran's trading partners Russia and China have increased their trade ten fold and is now sucking up all the gravy that previously went to the EU. Disrupting this symbiotic relationship is not in the interest of either party. This situation along with the double dealing that the Obama administration is doing with the Iranians puts the P5+1 talks at an indefinite stalemate. 

A week before the talks in Baghdad a clandestine deal was reached between the Israeli and American governments that it would make it acceptable to both parties if Iran enriched their uranium to low levels under the supervision of the IAEA. This deal would keep Iran's centrifuges spinning and nuclear stockpiles at reasonable levels. The deal was even publicized by Israel’s Defense Minister Ehud Barak. The DM came out with a written statement consenting to Iran's enrichment of uranium to a low level of 3.5 percent, as well as  allowing a few hundred kilograms of 3.5% enriched uranium to remain in that country under IAEA controls. However when the two sides sat down in Baghdad the Iranian negotiator Saeed Jalili was blindsided with a list of demands for Iran to comply with or have further sanctions imposed upon them. The list of demands included that Iran give up all centrifuges and halt enrichment activities, surrender current uranium stockpiles and expose all their nuclear facilities to the IAEA for inspection. This was a take it or leave it proposition not a deal at all, their was no compromise just demands it was something that the Iranians could not ever agree to. 


In respect to the Iranian situation Obama promised compromises to Russia's Medvideve during the G8 meeting. Those compromises now appear to be hollow and disingenuous and now his piers at the G8 summit see him for what he is. President Obama is quickly becoming a international pariah and the arm twisting that his Administration is employing is being looked at as a prelude to war in the Persian Gulf. The Chicago style bully tactics that he cut his teeth on for many years is not working and seams to be an attempt at placating the Israelis and Jewish American voters. This strategy is not only driving Iran further from the table but is also alienating Washington from longtime European allies, soon President Obama my find himself on an island all his own. 


Since the current round of talks have concluded National Security Director Leon Panetta has been escalating the war of words by publicly stating “The fundamental premise is that neither the United States or the international community is going to allow Iran to develop a nuclear weapon.  We will do everything we can to prevent them from developing a weapon,” Panetta was referring to the massive show of force that the US currently is displaying in the Persian Gulf. Many now see the Obama Administration as a group using the P5+1 talks as a way to antagonize and provoke Iran into a military confrontation. During a Sunday morning current events television program Panetta was asked to comment on the P5+1 talks and he responded with “One of the things that we do at the Defense Department is plan.  And we have – we have plans to be able to implement any contingency we have to in order to defend ourselves,” American ambassador to Israel Daniel Shapiro is also poring gasoline on the fire by publicly commenting that “It would be preferable to solve this diplomatically and through the use of pressure, than to use military force, But that doesn’t mean that option isn’t fully available. Not just available, it’s ready. The necessary planning has been done to ensure that it’s ready,” he said.

Obviously it is unacceptable for Iran to possess nuclear weapons simply because of their sponsorship and association with terror groups around the world. But the US still has the obligation to negotiate with an open mind and with sincerity in order to advance the dialog. 


President Obama at the beginning of his term toured the Muslim world and in Cairo Egypt he said this “So long as our relationship is defined by our differences, we will empower those who sow hatred rather than peace, and who promote conflict rather than the cooperation that can help all of our people achieve justice and prosperity. This cycle of suspicion and discord must end.”


“I have come here to seek a new beginning between the United States and Muslims around the world; one based upon mutual interest and mutual respect; and one based upon the truth that America and Islam are not exclusive, and need not be in competition. Instead, they overlap, and share common principles - principles of justice and progress; tolerance and the dignity of all human beings.”


So what has changed since that speech? Most people in the world take the President of the United States at his word and that his words are sincere and truthful. Was that speech in Cairo not meant for Iranians or is he excluding Iran from the rest of the Muslim world? The President also said this “There must be a sustained effort to listen to each other; to learn from each other; to respect one another; and to seek common ground. As the Holy Koran tells us, "Be conscious of God and speak always the truth." That is what I will try to do - to speak the truth as best I can, humbled by the task before us, and firm in my belief that the interests we share as human beings are far more powerful than the forces that drive us apart.” So was the president lying to the Middle Eastern people during that speech in Cairo or is he lying now? The answer is both and not just to the Middle Eastern Muslims, Christians and Jews but to the Israelis, the Russians, the Europeans and the American people too. The best path to peace in the Middle East is as Mr Obama said “to seek a new beginning” but that beginning ends with President Obama and begins with a new administration.

Playing the race card is a term that was coined during the O.J. Simpson trial when Attorney Johnnie Cochran painted Detective Mark Fuhrman as a racist. A tape was played in court of Fuhrman referring to black people as "Niggers", a term that we commonly refer to as “the N word” today. Cochran then doubled down on Fuhrman equating him to Adolf Hitler and emphasizing that the N word was repeated by Fuhrman 41 times in that tape recording. As President Obama would say this trial was a “teachable moment” and  it was for every Black defendant in the nation since Johnie Cochran opened the discrimination door back in 1995. The O.J. Simpson trial was the most publicized court proceeding in history. The trial was on national television every day and it gave birth to the Court TV channel.


In 1995 AG holder was Deputy AG Holder in the Clinton Administration one of the tasks assigned to Holder was to cover up and the murder of a suspected conspirator in the Oklahoma City Federal Building bombing. The person that was arrested after the fact by the FBI was a so called neo-Nazi racist that was involved in funding the bombing. The problem with all this is that the FBI had arrested the wrong man. Kenneth Michael Trentadue was beaten and burned severally from the soles of his feet to the top of his head and then strangled. Obviously he was tortured by the FBI wile in custody in a isolation cell in the Oklahoma City Federal Transfer Center.

Paul Craig Roberts, a former Treasury Department official in the Reagan administration, wrote: "When the Trentadue family received Kenneth’s body and heavy makeup was scraped away, the evidence clearly shows a person who had been tortured and beaten. His throat was slashed and he may have been garroted. There are bruises, burns and cuts from the soles of Trentadue’s feet to his head, wounds that obviously were not self-inflicted." 


And according to an article published by the far-left Mother Jones: "Even Oklahoma City's chief medical examiner [Dr. Fred Jones] would later say, publicly, that it was 'very likely he was murdered.'" Jones wasn't the only expert who doubted the government.  It was also reported that Bill Gormley, of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, suspected that Trentadue was murdered.


The FBI claims that he death of Tentadue was suicide by hanging and the man that Tentadue was mistaken for was Richard Lee Guthrie. Approximately a year after Trentadue's death, Guthrie would also be found dead in his prison cell one day before he was scheduled to give a television interview. Gutherie's death would also be ruled a suicide by hanging.  And in 1999, Alden Gillis Baker, one of Trentadue's fellow inmates, claimed that he had actually witnessed Trentadue's murder. In August of 2000, Baker also died.  His death was also ruled to be a suicide by hanging.


The death of these three men is attributed to a cover up involving the FBI and a sting operation gone completely wrong. Jesse The brother of Kenneth Trentadue is an attorney and he has received documentation via the freedom of information act that implicates the FBI the  DOJ and Eric Holder in a cover up conspiracy in order to hide the federal governments involvement in the OKC bombing. Based on these documents Jesse unearthed a sting operation that involved entrapping a Neo-Nazi group in a domestic terror plot. The plot was going to be used to ferret out a racist group that would conspire to blow up the Murrah Federal Building. The FBI lost control of the operation and the plain that they initiated was put into play and eventually seceded, triggering the cover-up. the Trenadue family was awarded a judgment of $1.1 million in a wrongful death suite filed by Jesse Trenadue. 

So hear we are with AG Eric Holder the top cop in the land with blood on his hands dating back to 1995. It is not clear if AG Holder actually ordered the lynching of the three white men but it is clear the he actively conspired to cover up and destroy evidence that would have tared and feathered the FBI and DOJ with the death of 168 victims they lay dead in the Murrah building rubble. With prior knowledge of the bomb plot the DOJ and FBI literally sent 168 people to their death that morning in Oklahoma City. But not one ATF or FBI agent was killed because they did not report for work that morning and their children were safe at home, not in the buildings day care center.


Fast forward to present day Eric Holder is now appointed by President Barack Obama to be the top cop and as the AG Mr Holder has continued his career of cover ups with “Operation Fast and Furious” But now it seems that at least some of the government oversight is kicking in and AG Holder may finally be held accountable for his misdeeds. OpFAF has spilled more blood on AG Holders hands with the deaths of hundreds of Mexican citizens and Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and ICE Agent Jaime Zapata. The two agents gave their lives in the “War On Drugs” fighting Mexican drug cartels that had received weapons via the ATF under the direction of AG Eric Holders DOJ. Like Oklahoma City the DOJ is actively covering up the conspiracy by dodging the the oversight committee and destruction of evidence and lying in the face of congress. AG Holder has even resorted to dealing the race card in an attempt to show that, the Republican leadership in the House of Representatives, is racist against him and President Obama. By accusing the Republican leadership of a racist witch hunt.  AG Holder has invoked the Johnnie Cochran strategy, that he and President Obama have been assumed guilty of a cover-up crime based on their skin color. 


Operation Fast and Furious has nothing to do with racial bias but it has everything to do with  narcissists that consider themselves rulers. The powerful self absorbed higher ups in the US Government think that they can do anything that their harts desire. One of those desires is to create a path for abolishing the second amendment by way of the Cloward-Piven Strategy. That strategy would make it necessary to create a desperate situation where there is no other way but to have the federal government step in. In the case of Fast and Furious this could take the form of violent gun battles between cartels and law enforcement in the southern border towns of the US. Their could also be a nation wide cocaine/heroin problem created by the surge of drugs flowing north and guns flowing south. The president could then use these situations to impose very restrictive federal gun laws (and) or, the repeal of the second amendment altogether. In the case of the drug cartels becoming so powerful that the violence overwhelms the southern border forces, the president could then impose martial law restricting all constitutional rights.  All three of these scenarios would be very likely if fast and furious had not been uncovered and if president Obama would be reelected. This is not just a conspiracy theory but it has happened in the past and all attempts to stifle gun ownership have failed with the exception of a few. 
  
In a 1989 Supreme Court decision (DeShaney Vs Winnabago County in was stated that “The Constitution does not impose a duty on the state and local governments to protect the citizens from criminal harm.” Therefore it is up to each individual to insure his or her own security. The current policy decisions of the DOJ and the White House are making it more and more difficult for the average person to secure himself in their home and in their surroundings.

With the most recent decision by President Obama for gun dealers in the states of Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California to report sales of three or more guns to one person is not only restraining trade and unconstitutional but prejudicial. If this law only applies to a small geographic aria of the country then it is not equal justice under the law. Take for example the  “Black Codes” that were enacted after the civil war. These codes that were adopted by the southern slave states applied only to black people or people of mixed race. The nations first gun law restricting the ownership of weapons by way of licensing was in these Black Codes. The state of Florida gives us a perfect example of the race card.

“We, the People of the State of Florida, by our delegates in Convention assembled, in the city of Tallahassee, on the 25th day of October, in the year of our Lord 1865, and of the Independence of the United States the 90th year, in order to secure to ourselves and our posterity the enjoyment of all the rights of life, liberty and property, and the pursuit of happiness, do mutually agree, each with the other, for form the following Constitution and form of Government in and for the said State.”

Be it further enacted, That it shall not be lawful for any negro, mulatto, or other person of color, to own, use or keep in his possession or under his control, any Bowie-knife, dirk, sword, fire-arms or ammunition of any kind, unless he first obtain a license to do so from the Judge of Probate of the county in which he may be a resident for the time being: and the said Judge of Probate is hereby authorized to issue such license, upon the recommendation of two respectable citizens of the county, certifying to the peaceful and orderly character of the applicant ; and any negro, mulatto, or other person of color, so offending, shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall forfeit to the use of the informer all such fire-arms and ammunition, and in addition thereto, shall be sentenced to stand in the pillory for one hour, or be whipped, not exceeding thirty-nine stripes, or both, and the discretion of the jury. . . .”


“Passed the House of Representatives January 4, 1866. Passed the Senate January 8, 1866. Approved by the Governor January 15, 1866.”

AG Holder has been dealing the race card since the 2008 inauguration of his boss President Obama. Not just in his actions but in his in-actions as well. When holder refused to investigate the Black Panthers voter intimidation incident in Philadelphia. When DOJ sued the state of Arizona over the immigration law that the feds refused to uphold. When they sued Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa Co. AZ over incarcerating illegal aliens. When DOJ attempted to block the states of South Carolina and Texas for requiring a photo ID to vote and the states counter sued. When the DOJ refused to investigate the Black Panthers in issuing death threats against George Zimmerman. The day after it was announced that Trevor Dooley the black shooter in the murderer of David James will not be able to use the Florida “Stand Your Ground” law as a defense. The DOJ announced that the FBI will be investigating the possibility of charging George Zimmerman with hate crimes. It is clear that the Obama Administration is an “affirmative action” presidency bent on anti-white doctrine.


One country, one people, one justice system with all people united for the common good and the universal goal of advancing the nation is paramount to the success of the United States Of America. These black vs white and rich vs poor divisions that the Obama administration is fostering is detrimental and the only thing that these separations will foster is confrontation. This must end now!

Oil is still flowing out of the country to destinations like Taiwan and refined petroleum, money and armaments are still flowing in. Iran has proven itself to be a lucrative black marketer and is flush with enough cash to help out their long time ally Syria. With the fighting in Syria escalating the countries cash reserves  are dwindling at a rate of $1 billion per month. For Syria's President Assad to continue slaughtering the people of Syria he is going to need a cash injection on a monthly basis. Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has seen fit to step in and endow Assad with a monthly stipend. Laundered through Lebanese banks the cash is moved at the direction of President Assad himself.

With Iran's ability to support it self as well as Syria wile subverting international sanctions what motivation is their for serious talks in Baghdad with the P5+1 this month. After the last P5+1 talks in Istanbul Prime Minister Of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu was furious due to the  lackluster involvement of the negotiators. After getting wind of the meeting Netanyahu went went ballistic on US Senator Joe Lieberman saying that, “my initial impression is that Iran has been given a freebie”. The PM may be right! It has been leaked that the European P5+1 representatives along with EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton actually lobbied for Iran. Ashton reportedly believes that Iran has no intention of developing nuclear weapons and their  tactical or strategic ballistic missile delivery systems. 


Last Thursday the Iranian negotiator Saeed Jalili made remarks during a speech at a conference in Tehran on the “resistance economy” of Iran Jalili said that “The resistance of our nation has helped us effectively defend the rights of the Iranian people in the talks. In addition, the people are standing firm on their rights and will not relinquish an iota of them.” Jalili added, “After the Istanbul talks, we heard some (negative) comments from the Westerners. I warn them to be careful when making comments so that they will not make miscalculations.” 


 He also said, “Some are saying that the time for negotiations is running out. However, I tell them, ‘What is running out is the policy of exerting pressure.’” 
   
Commenting on the sanctions imposed on Iran over the allegation that it is seeking to produce nuclear weapons, the Iranian official stated, “Those who assume that they can exert pressure on the people or hinder Iran’s progress through sanctions must be aware that they are playing on our field. Following the path of pressure will only make the Iranian nation more resistant and united.”


In respect to the  talks between Iran and The P5+1 group in the 2009 meeting that took place in Geneva, The issue of 20 percent enriched uranium had been broached and Jalili said, “We told them (at the time), ‘If you are willing, we are ready to buy the fuel… otherwise, we will produce it ourselves.’”

During the conference he recounted that “However, I have never forgotten the smiles of certain people who had participated in the talks,” suggesting that Iran cannot produce the fuel.” he added.  “If Iran had been provided with 20 percent enriched nuclear fuel, it could not have succeeded in producing the fuel itself.” Intimating that Iranians are not technically adept at such achievements. 

Ahmadinejad and Obama

The scuttlebutt around Washington a few weeks ago was that a CIA operative had been negotiating with a member of the VEVAK, Iran's foreign intelligence equivalent of the CIA. The alleged messages that were exchanged came directly from President Obama and President Ahmadinejad. Through this shadowy exchange an agreement was reached in witch Iran would be able to continue to enrich uranium and keep what they had in their stock piles as long as the program stayed in conformance with the IAEA. This information was uncovered by Israel’s DEBKAfile when the Mossad exposed the backdoor dealings and in turn reported them  directly to PM Netanyahu. The PM immediately called Great Britain's PM David Cameron and France's president Nicolas Sarkozy asking the two leaders to intervene and “get a straight answer” from Obama. 


From the standpoint of Israel the Baghdad talks are critical to the Jewish states homeland security. PM Netanyahu is worried that the P5+1 will fall into a Iranian trap leading to Iran continuing their enrichment program covertly. This is one of the reasons why the PM is playing the “bad cop” and continues to speak with an iron tongue, to keep everyone on their toes. Playing the “good cop” Israel”s Defense Minister Ehud Barak came out with a written statement consenting to Iran's enrichment of uranium to a low level of 3.5 percent, as well as  allowing a few hundred kilograms of 3.5% enriched uranium to remain in that country. The DM's remarks were issued in good faith so that the P5+1 can continue their talks unabated. Other concessions like the ability to acquire fuel rods and plates for their research reactor may be on the table as well.

With Israel becoming more flexible on the low enriched product it is unlikely that they will budge on the more potent 20% uranium that is currently being produced and stockpiled. It will be at Israel’s insistence that any form of nuclear material enriched past 3.5% leave the country and any remaining low enriched material be monitored by the IAEA.

Looking at the situation practically the Israeli stance makes a lot of sense from a negotiators point of view. If Iran were to achieve weapons grade 90% enrichment and build a warhead capable of being deployed strategically, a stable ICBM platform would still need to be developed. The development of such a system would be quit apparent to Iran watchers because of the extensive testing that would need to take place. The existing Shahab 3 platforms that Iran is using are just not capable of the performance needed for nuclear deployment. Taking the strategic weapon of the table for now what needs to be seriously considered is the tactical nuclear weapon. The small size and low yield is much more practical for the Iranians or any of their surrogates to deploy. For example a 10 kiloton tactical device can be launched from a land based mobile launcher or a shipboard launching system. They can be hidden in trucks cars or light planes. Even smuggled in from Gaza via their tunnel system and detonated above or below ground level. Depending on the means of deployment and detonation one 10 kiloton device would completely destroy a 2 mile radius of Tel Aviv killing 100,000 people. The after effects would be felt for years. 


The following paragraph was taken from a research paper written for the National Resources Defense Council and authored by Thomas B Cochran and Christopher E Paine. The paper was revised April 13 1995


“The Nagasaki bomb witch produced a 20 kiloton explosion with 6.1 kilograms of WGPu falls on the low technology curve, however only three kilograms of WGPu compressed the same amount would still have produced a 1 kt explosion. A non nuclear weapons state today can take advantage of the wealth of nuclear weapons design information that has been made public over the past 50 years, and do better. As seen in figure 1 to achieve yield of 1kt, we estimate that from1 to 3 kg of WGPu is required, depending upon the sophistication of the design. And from figure 2, we estimate that some 2 to 7 kg of HEU is required to achieve an explosive energy release of 1kt. Table 1 presents the same results of tabular from. We estimate, for example that as little as 2 kilograms of plutonium or about 4 kilograms of HEU are required to produce a yield of 10 kilotons.”

Leaving all that technical mambo-jumbo behind a “dirty bomb” is currently feasible now with the resources Iran possess in their inventory. A dirty bomb is comprised of a conventional explosive such as dynamite or C-4 plastic explosive. The size and weight of such a device can vary tremendously, from a hand carried suitcase to a fertilizer truck bomb. The bomb would be packaged with the uranium enriched to a low level or with the wast from nuclear reactors known as radioactive iodine. Deployment of such a device would probably take the form of a suicide bomber detonating the device in a enclosed environment such as a subway system, convention center or shopping mall.


Facts that can not be ignored by the P5+1 are that Iran and Syria are state sponsors of terrorism and have proven themselves to be resourceful at circumventing sanctions. Trusting the Iranians with with any type of radioactive material is a nightmare waiting to happen. Reuters news agency tweeted this morning that “Iran's foreign minister says Western pressure over nuclear program is futile in talks with world powers in Baghdad.”

Afghan friendlies attacking coalition solders is becoming more common on bases in Afghanistan. These attacks of known as “green on blue attacks”. Most of these attacks result in the death of the Afghan as well as the coalition solder.The Defense Department believes recent incidents in which members of the Afghan National Security Forces have attacked their coalition trainers are individual acts of grievance, a senior DOD spokesman has said.
“It’s often difficult to determine the exact motivation behind an attacker’s crime because they are, very often, killed in the act,”

Navy Capt. John Kirby, deputy assistant secretary of defense for media operations, told reporters at the Pentagon.Kirby said these types of attacks have only been tracked since 2007. Fifty-seven such attacks, he added, have occurred during this time.
“Based on the limited evidence that we have been able to collect, we believe that less than half, somewhere in the neighborhood of three to four out of every 10 [attacks] is inspired, or resourced, or planned or executed by the Taliban or Taliban sympathizers, In other words, that it’s related to an infiltration attempt.”
Kirby said it may not even be a deliberate infiltration, but a “legitimate soldier or police officer [who] turned Taliban.”Yet, the majority of attacks, he said, are acts of individual grievance.
“You know how seriously affairs of honor are to the Afghan people,” Kirby said. “We believe, again, that most of these [attacks] are acted out as an act of honor for most of them representing a grievance of some sort.”


The spokesman said Marine Corps Gen. John R. Allen, commander of International Security Assistance Forces in Afghanistan, believes the recent video of U.S. Marines urinating on the bodies of Taliban inspired at least one attack.Regardless of the motivations, Kirby emphasized the attacks leave lasting impressions on the families of the service members who’ve been killed.
“We believe the majority of all of them are individual acts of grievance, but look, that doesn’t lessen the pain for family members who suffer from this. It doesn’t lessen the importance of it whether it’s an act of infiltration or not. It’s an issue that we’re taking very, very seriously, But we don’t believe the majority of them are Taliban inspired, resource planned [or] executed.”

British Army Lt. Gen. Adrian Bradshaw, ISAF’s deputy commander, told Pentagon reporters during a May 9 video teleconference from Kabul that Afghanistan’s National Army and police force are working to “root out this problem with great determination.” The general went on to to say that“We've had several hundred National Directorate of Security counterintelligence operatives now join the Afghan National Army on attachment,” Bradshaw told reporters. “They are embedded down to battalion level, and they are carrying out rigorous counterintelligence operations. The commanders are taking great note of where their people go on leave [and] whether their families have come under pressure.”


The British general said the vetting process for Afghan army and police recruits has been refined and there’s also “retrospective vetting of people in the force” with a “ruthless” approach to those members displaying signs of enemy complicity. “So a number of effective measures have been taken, and we continue to bear down on this problem very seriously indeed.”

On May 1, 2012 Pentagon Press Secretary George Little told reporters that Three Afghan men killed two U.S. troops in southern Afghanistan. “We believe there were three attackers, [and] two of the attackers were subsequently killed” by coalition forces. Our hearts go out to the families and the loved ones of the two U.S. service members who were killed.”


While precise details are unclear, Little said, reports indicate the two attackers who were killed were Afghan security force members, and the third was an Afghan civilian. He acknowledged a rise in so-called “green-on-blue” incidents involving Afghan army and police members killing NATO International Security Assistance Force troops. “These are troubling incidents when they occur, and we fully recognize that we’ve seen several of these incidents in recent weeks.”


U.S. military leaders are working to strengthen security measures at partnered facilities and to step up their scrutiny during vetting processes for Afghan army and police recruits, Little said.
“This has been something that has been on the radar screen … for some time,” he said. “This is a war zone. There’s no such thing as zero risk. But our strategy of working closely with [Afghan forces] is not changing.”


Little said U.S. forces will “stay the course” in Afghanistan. The overall trend in relations between the two sets of troops is positive. He noted some ISAF advisors have returned to work in select Afghan ministry buildings in the Afghan capital of Kabul. Marine Corps Gen. John R. Allen, commander of U.S. and NATO forces in Afghanistan, ordered all ISAF members to withdraw from such work locations after two U.S. officers were killed while working at the interior ministry Feb. 25.
Those killings and a reported 20 Afghan deaths occurred as violent protests swept Afghanistan after ISAF troops inadvertently burned religions materials, including Qurans, at a detention facility in Bagram, Feb. 21.

Allen’s order that some ministry advisors resume their duties in Afghan government buildings reflects the need for ISAF forces to maintain close coordination with their Afghan counterparts, Little noted.
“It’s important to get back to work.” 


Little said the transition of security lead to Afghan forces continues throughout the country, and completing that transition is ISAF’s goal. “Our commanders in the field … are staying focused on the mission [and] understand the stakes involved.” 


There is a “strong sense” among ISAF leaders in Afghanistan that “we must do everything we can to carry out the strategy, [which] we believe has been working some time.”

Green-on-blue incidents are particularly troubling, he acknowledged, but should not obscure the larger picture of overall progress in Afghanistan. The insurgency is “on its heels,” he added.
Afghan forces have suffered losses alongside their ISAF partners, including over the past days while “trying to tamp down the protests in Afghanistan, and to quell the violence,” Little said.
The strategy, approach and mission in Afghanistan are not changing, the press secretary emphasized. “Our mission is one of transition, and it’s working,” Little said. “We have over 300,000 [Afghan security forces] right now who are working alongside ISAF personnel to help secure their own country. And that’s the end state we are looking for here.”


War in Afghanistan has never been conventional, and it’s not contained within neat battle lines, he said. “But we’re working through it, and the Afghans are working in good faith with us to execute the strategy,” he added.

On the eve of a major intelligence leek revealing that the latest AQAP bomb threat was uncovered by a double agent the Chinese must be thinking that Americans are fools and that the real chink in the American armor is in the White House.

Leon Panetta said in a press conference that China and the US have to develop better cooperation in relation to cyber-security. “But because the United States and China have developed technological capabilities in this arena it’s extremely important that we work together to develop ways to avoid any miscalculation or miss-perception that could lead to crisis in this area.”

Gen. Liang Guanglie, defended his countries actions vociferously through an interpreter he said that, “I can hardly agree with the proposition that the cyber-attacks directed to the United States are directly coming from China ... We cannot attribute all of the cyber-attacks (against the) United States to China.”

Geeks working in the government and the private sector have been consistent on the issue of China hacking proprietary information from American companies and the military. China has stolen everything from the tread pattern on Timberland boots to high-tech secret specifications on the F-22 raptor. China has been caught dead to rights with their hand in the American cyber cookie jar however the track-backs that have lead to China have not exposed any single government entity within Beijing.

Beijing refuses to acknowledge their cyber-spying activities and claims that they are also a victim of attacks. But in reality how many Chinese products are reverse-engineered and then reproduced to be sold on the world market. Chinese hackers that are backed and directed by Beijing commit the bulk of the cyber-attacks that aim to steal critical data from U.S. companies and government agencies. Estimates by information security analysts put the cost of stolen intellectual property and data by the Chinese in the billions of dollars.

Prior to WWII Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto spent many years in the US, form 1919 to 1921 he studied at Harvard and later the admiral was posted at the Japanese Embassy in Washington DC as a navel attache. In Yamamotos capacity as a navel attache he had opportunities to tour US navel facilities and during a tour of the US Navel War College the admiral was convinced that navel aviation was the wave of the future and he also developed his strategy of “gun boat diplomacy”. After analyzing what he experienced during his visits to navel installations Yamamoto remarked that the US Navy was made up of golfers and bridge players. With Samurai lineage Yamamoto was a disciplined officer devoted to his country and his service he could not understand why a nation like the US with its vast educational and industrial capability could not muster the best and the brightest into their Navel service. When his higher-ups decided to go to war with the US Yamamoto was against it because of what he experienced during his time in the US. A plane was devised to lure the American Navy across the pacific and the Japanese would pick them off one by one. The plane included engaging American forces it in a Decisive Battle in the northern Philippine Sea between the Ryukyu Islands and the Marianas Islands. This plane with battleships meeting in the traditional English “crossing the T” exchange between forces had many assumptions and many variables that Yamamoto disagreed with. Admiral Yamamoto came up with the one massive strike plane that was carried out at Pearl Harbor. The strike on Pearl Harbor was an attempt to strike the US Navy so hard in a single blow that they could not recover fast enough to complete any actions against Japan. However the American aircraft carriers where out at sea at the time of the strike. As a result Yamamoto's plane was only partially successful.

Japan went to war at that time over oil, rubber and their desire for expansionism. China is doing the same thing but they have chosen to do it on an economic, financial and technical battlefield. Today we are witnessing the Chinese expanding their Navy, exporting missile technology to North Korea and Iran, supplying weapons to Syria, undercutting economy in Europe and the US by monetary manipulation, so why are we letting the fox in the hen house? It is surly a mistake made by a naive, inexperienced and armature political strategy coming out of the White House. Mistakes in foreign and domestic policy seam to be the norm with the Obama administration the Next big blunder coming down the pike is the G8 in Chicago. Obama has begged Taliban leaders to join the meetings discussing the future of Afghanistan. The last time the Taliban was invited to the negotiating table it was at the Grand Peace Jirga in 2010 and the Taliban boycotted the Jirga and attempted to disrupt it through rocket firing and suicide bombing. That could be the reason why the airspace will be closed over Chicago during May 18, 19 and 20. The Taliban has held fast on their demands of their prisoners held in Bagram detention center and Guantanamo Bay should be released. (Taliban and al-Qaeda Terrorists currently being released as previously reported in Holders Terrorist's or Tourists) Foreign troops should immediately leave Afghanistan and at least 10 southern provinces should be surrendered to the Taliban where they can establish the Islamic Emirate style government that they formed in 1996.

What would Admiral Yamamoto be reporting to his supervises if he was in Washington today? Would it be Obama's handicap on the golf course or Obama being America's handicap in the White House?

The Martinez Link

Two dead in two days one killer? that is the question Saturday April 28, 2012 when the dead body of Regina Martinez was found in her home in the Mexican city of Xalapa, the capital of a coastal state Veracruz. A neighbor investigated after seeing the door to Martinez's home open all morning. Martinez an investigative reporter for the Magazine Proceso. After entering the home and discovering the body the neighbor called the local police. This places the murder of Martinez in her home during Friday evening or the early morning hours of Saturday. The police originally listed the cause of death as strangulation but her body was badly beaten and tortured most likely the killer was after information relating to a news story that she had reported on for the news magazine. The police suggested at the seine of the crime that Regina Martinez was killed trying to thwart a burglary in the home. The police noted that several items were missing such as a cell phone, a computer and a flat screen TV.

The burglary angle to the Martinez murder is an interesting one because on Friday a story that was published in Proceso authored by Martinez detailed the murder of a public official. ( “Ombudsman investigates the death of former leader Veracruz PRD” ) The story as reported April 27 2012 by Regina Martinez is reprinted hear in it entirety.

 Xalapa, Veracruz (approved). - The Attorney General of the State (PGJE) investigates the causes of death of the regional coordinator of the Social FA (FAS), Rogelio Martinez Cruz, which occurred on Thursday 26.

The PRD in Veracruz former leader was found dead in their home, located in Colonia Veracruz port Broken Bridge, to the prosecutors came to attest to the facts.

Following the ministerial diligence, the ruling body was taken to the Forensic Medical Service, in order to carry the autopsy.

Without even knowing the result, authorities ventured to give a first report in the sense that Martinez Cruz "died of natural causes."

This first assessment is at odds with the version of the current candidate for federal deputy for the Progressive Movement coalition, Uriel Flores Aguayo, who said family members and witnesses revealed that the house of the leader of FAS "was in complete disarray," and missing some personal belongings of the victim.

After lamenting the death of his partner, Flores Aguayo asked ministry officials to make a thorough investigation of the facts.

According to police sources, the body of former leader PRD, 47, was found around 10:00 am on Thursday 26, when several residents of the colony Broken Bridge came to his home to visit him and noticed that the door the house was open.

According to witnesses, upon entering the house they found the body of the former leader of the PRD city "lying on the ground lifeless," so he immediately gave to the authorities concerned.

It ruled that Martinez Cruz was killed to steal, because housing was "in a mess" and had disappeared a screen, a DVD and speakers.

Following the incident, the state leader of the Broad Front and former deputy local Social, Uriel Flores Aguayo asked the PGJE to investigate the case, because apparently the body of his companion showed signs of suffocation, "so we urge the authorities to conduct a thorough investigation, "he said yesterday.

The similarities are striking, it seams as though the two stories could be interchangeable, the obvious differences stand out but what about the underlying motives of the two murders. Solving the Rogelio Martinez Cruz murder will be the key in discovering the reasons why Regina Martinez was murdered. The killer and the facilitator most likely are one in the same.

Bring Out Your Dead

Mexico the most dangerous nation in the world and is under siege from narco-murders locked in a drug civil war. This past week in Mexico drug cartels have been displaying their murder victims like trophies in public. The dead have been found displayed in plain sight Friday morning, as if to convey the blood lust that the cartels are capable of. The gruesome sight of 9 bodies Hanging from a bridge in Nuevo Laredo with their hands bound hanging from the neck and showing signs of torture were found with a message displayed on the bridge overpass. The Message identified the 5 men and 4 woman as Gulf Cartel members and that they where killed by the Zeta Cartel. The display of the bodies was probably a waring to federal law enforcement in the US but most of all to the rival Gulf Cartel and Sinaloa Cartel. The dead were clearly visible from across the US border in Laredo Texas.

The same day a car described as a “safari vehicle” was discovered at the Customs Brokers Municipal Building with14 decapitated bodies inside. The headless bodies were in plastic trash bags. Following that discovery police found several ice coolers on the pedestrian bridge out side of Nuevo Laredo City Hall, A bomb disposal unit from the army was called in for fear that the coolers may have contained explosives. The coolers were found to contain the severed heads of  the 14 individuals previously found across town. The heads remain unidentified but in all likelihood they were members of Los Zetas and were killed in retaliation to the 9 dead bodies found hanging that morning.

The reference to A car bomb is most likely the April 24th attack on the justice center in Nuevo Laredo that houses the State Police of Tamaulipas. That attack seamed to be largely symbolic because only minimal damage was sustained by the building and no police officers or public officials were injured however a man a young boy sustained injuries from the blast. The army and State Police responded and quickly sealed off the aria. The operation was without a doubt under surveillance by Sinaloa Cartel observers, once the police and military formed up at the blast sight then 2 grenades were hurled into the police cordoned aria triggering 2 vans with gunmen firing automatic weapons. Fortunately for the police and army soldiers the drive-by shooters were wildly inaccurate and no casualties resulted from the attack. A elaborate banner was found at the Customs building and it was a warning to Mayor Benjamin Galvan of Nuevo Laredo from The Sinaloa Cartels leader Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman.

The long standing feud between the Los Zetas and the Gulf Cartel has left the Golfos seriously weakened, subsequently the Zetas have dominated the illicit drug trade on the eastern shore of Mexico. The Sinaloa Cartels  leader Joaquin” El Chapo” Guzman taking responsibility for the attack on the justice complex in Nuevo Laredo is just another shot across the Zeta's bow in an attempt to take control over the entire northern border of Mexico. Currently the Gulf Cartel has a hold on a small portion of the border in the aria of Matamoros Mexico just across the border from Brownsville Texas in the US. In a desperate move to save his the Gulf Cartel organization it seams that Juan Reyes Mejía González known as “El-R1”the leader of the Rojos faction of the Golfos has struck a deal with El Chapo. The Sinaloa Cartel boss has made several alliances in the past that has increased his territory and power in Mexico. One of the biggest alliances he has formed is with Eric Holder and Barack Obama the Attorney General and President of the United States. El Chapo is just very well connected because there is nobody on the planet that is lucky enough to be getting away with the crimes that he and his associates are charged with. One example of his LUCK is the fact that Emma Coronel, his 22-year old wife and a former beauty queen, crossed into the U.S. in mid-July of 2011 and gave birth to her twin daughters on Aug. 15 at Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster, California. Birth certificates listed Coronel, who holds U.S. citizenship, as the mother but the spaces for the father’s name are blank. The FBI calmed that they tracked the Pregnant woman from her home in Mexico to the hospital. So did the FBI track her movements back? How hard would it be to track a 22 year old woman with newborn twins back to Mexico so she could present the newborn AMERICAN offspring to their drug kingpin farther?

It seams as though tracking newborn twins is just as difficult as tracking illegally purchased firearms to Mexico that ended up in the position of the Sinaloa Cartel. El Chapo is certainly on the move in Mexico his organization is on a rampage and the American White House seams to be helping the man that is on the list of Mexico's 10 wealthiest people.

The known death toll attributed to the “War on Drugs” in Mexico for one week is 43. Those are the ones that have been reported or found. Some of the dead have been journalists murdered for reporting on crimes by criminal organizations, government officials, military and police personnel. These people died for doing their job in an honest way to inform the citizens of Mexico.

The Los Zetas will continue to kill their opposition and post their signs, the Sinaloa's will continue to kill their opposition and post their signs, the journalists with back bones will continue to post their stories and die, the police will continue to bring out the dead.
